Q: How shall a new immigrant apply for the lists of income of the whole family and properties? 
A: Please produce the following supporting documents to apply at the Full Function Counter of the National Taxation Bureau Branch Office, Collection Office or Service Station. 
1. New Immigrant with a Taiwanese Identification Card: 
(1) Original Identification Card of the new immigrant and seal 
(2) Identification Card (s) and Seal (s) of spouse(s) and adult(s) in the same household
(3) In case of checking the property and income data of a minor, other than providing the Identification Card and Seal of Legal Attorney (e.g. parents or guardian), when there is no Identification Card for the minor, the relationship-supporting documents of a minor and parents shall be provided.
(4) Power of Attorney (This is applicable when checking the information of a spouse or adult family member in the same household, or an application made by a non-principal). 
(5) Original of Identification Card and Seal of the Agent (when applied for by a person other than the principal) 
2. New Immigrant possessing only an Alien Resident Certificate:
In addition to producing the Alien Resident Certificate and Seal of the Principal, there shall be documents as required under the above (2) through (5); however, if the agent is a new immigrant possessing only an Alien Resident Certificate, the original of the Alien Resident Certificate shall be presented for checking.
